Today the following people Bucs, J2, Don Marco and I tried to do a little quality control on the sports forums and expose the frauds and we're warned or it's dumped in the RR. Dogball had one of his threads dumped in the RR for a little joke in the sports forum. I guess Baghdad Bob and those $300,000 plays are of better quality. When we say something the mods yell hands off. Another thing, it's getting old with all the crap being thrown down here. Quit dumping the shit in the RR and create a new forum called "The Outhouse."

Peep created the RR. Peep taught us to send the stuff here.

As for the baseball forum, it is no secret that we do not want it there. It is as frustrating for us to have and see it as it is for you to see it down here.

What about another forum called "The Outhouse?"
The RR has evolved from it's original purpose.

i like the idea raiders, i also like the idea that there should be more leniancy in the posting forums with respect to intelligent replies to dumbass posts.

a lot of good cappers have either left the site or migrated to the rr, and most of the stuff that gets posted in the sports forums is either kindergarden quality, or plugged bookie material, or just plain dumbass threads.

If someone for a exaple post: i like the nets+2, let's cash, i see every reason for someone to retort, why do you like them?

It's a slippery slope, and as a regular for over a year to this site, i ve noticed that the sports capping that goes on in the sports forums, and the picks, have not only decreased, they are just about to go extinct. Actually, the shit prevails, and the better posters are getting more and more weary of posting their posts, since most sports forums have turned into kindergarden arenas.

that's my 2 c's.

this is exactly why we dont allow flaming and arguements in the sports forums.

the sports forums are for picks and analysis. the rubber room is for flaming the dumbasses in the sports forums.

Jack- I have to agree with you 100 % and make sure to post at TFZ with soccer or anything else you may have. I realize that the goal of the RX is to get as many views as possible. They can leave the baseball forum as is if they leave the RR to the more experienced guys. We have no trouble moderating ourselves down here. J2, Hammy, DM, Dicky and the rest can more than take care of that. Some of the better posters and cappers such as DM have been chased away. What would really be nice is if someone such as Dicky or Hammy had the power to ban posters from the RR to keep the quality up.

yeah, i am backing raiders idea, the rr has evolved, let the rr guys moderate ourselves, and send the dumbass or flame threads to some dustbin forum, the rr is where the inmates run the asylum as the title suggests, so why not let us "in-mates" do our thing, while the rest of the sports forums flood themselves with rodfathers and henmouses.

Why can the Good posters that post in the RR not post in the sports forums with some maturity? And make the sports forums your home for picks like you do here. The RR was made for trash and smack. It is no ones fault that you cannot partake in the sports forums like you do here in the RR. What is going to keep the Outhouse from getting to the level that the RR has and then posters complain about it. The choice to participate in the RR vice the sports forums is yours.

We really should be the rubber room police. Even though some of my "bashing" may not belong in the forums, I am just one of the few the comes out and says the truth to posters. There is way too much asskissing and lies etc. It's sad I run into so much trash in the forums. All the mods say is good luck and you are kidding yourself if you think people like MYFOOTBALLGAME represent the rx as a class act sports forum.

J2,

I do not think MFG is serious. He is playing you guys & he is laughing i believe, but even if he is serious and he wants to post silly numbers, I cannot understand the need some of you have to go and bash. Why not just ignore? These people would dissappear quickly if they didnt get the attention some give them.

As for rubber room police. I think some restraint from the RRers to keep the BS out of the sports forums should be demonstrated before even considered.

Right now it would be Kind of like letting the Speeders/drunk drivers patrol the interstates.

J2- The only people you bash are the ones that deserve it. That's why the RR's stay down here and want there own room. The guys upstairs fall in love with every guy that wins 3 games in a row. They're all looking for that golden goose. The guys down here see BS a mile away- Been there done that thing. It's time for another room. It would be good for the RX. The views and posts for the new RR and Outhouse combined would kill the views and posts of the current RR. Everyone would be a winner.

I agree. More the reason to ignore him. I see all that you guys see. maybe moreso. But i still do not see the reason to flame if the poster puts up 1 million units per play. It is no ones place. Either you follow or you dont.

Because I don't like the BS. If guys like J2 and others flame the crap out of him others won't do it.

General:

I think he is trying to be fake now that he has been exposed. He was really trying before and now that he has edited his posts and posted 300,000 $ plays he wants to play make-believe and be "funny". I really do find it funny though. If you look at everyone that I "bash" there is usually a legitimant reason why I did so. I leave 85% of the posters on here alone, and even praise others. If people didn't act like such morons/idiots/liars/fakes on here I would never bash anyone.

Raiders:

There will always be lemmings here at rx. You can always spot them. The sports forums are no longer a source for info but more of a comedy routine nowadays. Outhouse is a good idea.

J2,

You do pick good posters to flame. The only problem is others follow your lead.

raiders,

How do we keep the other out of a new room?

Can't you set something up to ban a guy like MFG from posting in the RR similar to what's done in the BR. Then the current mods can ban the idiots. Either that or give the banning control to Dicky or Ham.

I understand more of what you are looking for. Right now is not a good time to suggest change as the forum was in bad shape today. Can we call a truce and discuss more when we get the posters back to normal if we can. There is no room for this idea on the plate at this time.
